1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (Sweden): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• EU countries: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• International: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All orders shipped outside Sweden may be subject to import duties and taxes.

• Maison de Style is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or additional charges once the package has left Sweden.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Maison de Style is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

6. Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
