Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, human hair products cannot be returned if opened, tried-on, or used.

Return Shipping & Costs
Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. In such cases, Maison de Style will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the above conditions.

Exclusions
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used wigs.
