Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, wigs must be unused, unworn, uncut and in its original packaging to qualify for return
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue are required
  • Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, unworn, uncut and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Human hair products (including bundles, wigs, closures) once opened or used
  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, or tampering
  • Sale or promotional items

This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with details of the issue.
